"and the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others" 2 Tim 2:2Set up by a group of evangelical Singaporean Christians, Project Timothy (PT) seeks to increase bible literacy in Singapore with the aim of raising up a new generation of Christians and Christian leaders who have been transformed by the proclamation of God’s Word. This stems from PT’s conviction that God speaks to His people and works in them to make them more Christ-like when His Word is taught.PT’s chosen name reflects its desire to achieve its mission by following the instructions that the apostle Paul gave to Timothy in 2 Timothy:to guard the gospel by proclaiming it and by passing it on to reliable people who would also be able to teach it to others.
