For Held Space founder and psychiatric nurse practitioner Laura Temple, Held Space sparked from a need for deeper presence and healthy separation from home during session times for her then-entirely virtual therapy practice.What began as a way to offer her patients an in-person location for appointments quickly expanded into a mindfully experimental place to bridge conscious mental health care, creative healing modalities, and a sense of deep belonging through community-led offerings.Held Space is unconventional and proudly unfiltered in its offerings, partnering with a network of practitioners and facilitators who honor a complete picture of the human experience.
