Systemic family constellations faciliator; executive coach; reconnecting with intuitive knowledge for systemic change.Disconnect is a recurring theme in today’s conversations around systemic change. We have become disconnected not just from those around us and the natural world of which we are part, but also from ourselves. The effects of this disconnect are increasingly evident, and increasingly destructive.My focus is on reconnecting people with their intuitive wisdom and thereby supporting us to navigate the path towards systemic change. Systemic constellations and deep listening lie at the heart of this work. The methodology of constellations provides an awareness-based approach for identifying blockages to progress and then the momentum to shift them.I was first drawn to systemic thinking, and systemic constellations in particular, through lived experience. Since that time I have benefited from extensive training including with first generation constellators Gaye Donaldson, Chris Williams, Edward Rowland, Sheila McCarthy-Dodd, Bill Mannle, Stephan Hausner and Diana Claire Douglas. I informally coached friends and colleagues for decades before developing professional work in the field, and my coaching skills are backed up with personal experience of trauma healing, breaking cycles, recognising patterns and stories, challenging societal expectations and finding my own power.
