This service includes coordinating trusted vendors, obtaining estimates, managing the work to be done, coordinate staging and cleaning then manage professional photography and videos. In 2010 Dan and Julie started Senior Move Managers and De-Clutter Hawaii which assists clients in the transition to the new living environment and/or making adjustments to the current home or moving to a new home. They also developed HI Property Management to keep the house and rent it out.Dan is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and has extensive experience in helping home-owners and investors buy and sell high end homes in Hawaii. Since joining Keller Williams in 2013, The Ihara Team more than doubled their business from $28million to $68million in just 3 years. Dan attributes this success to the Keller Williams systems, models, training and leadership and feels blessed that God has led him on this path to such a wonderful company.Dan has been in the Top 100 Realtors in Hawaii for the last 9 years and is currently ranked #4 in the State.
