By practising Buddha’s teachings we protect ourself from suffering and problems. All the problems we experience during daily life originate in ignorance, and the method for eliminating ignorance is to practice Dharma.We offer Study and Meditation programmes in Modern Buddhism. Everyone is warmly welcome at Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Penang and the surrounding area. With a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, you don’t have to be Buddhist to enjoy and benefit from our classes and events. We teach Buddha’s highly practical meditation techniques and insights, that can help everyone reduce their stress, increase their inner peace, happiness and well-being.
