Project Yoga is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to promote mental health and physical well-being in Greater Cincinnati’s underserved communities through trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness. At Project Yoga, we believe in the transformative power of movement and breath. Through these practices, we spread the ripple effect of kindness, peace, and compassion and mindfulness. Our trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness programs are designed to nurture mental health, foster physical well-being, and cultivate a sense of connection and belonging for all. We collaborate with schools, shelters, social service organizations, and other community-based nonprofits to introduce safe yoga movements, mindfulness, meditation, and breathing exercises.
