Precious (Presh) Namor is the owner and founder of Instant Ease With Presh. She has two life coaching certifications, a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, and Master of Business Administration degree. As an HSP, Empath, and former people-pleaser, she's here to help women peel back the superficial layers formed by society to help them reconnect them to their soul's mission in life. She uses mindset, mindfulness, NLP, and spirituality tools to reconnect to this purpose, allowing women to find peace along the way.
