Mark Dawes – Quantum Thinker, Mindfulness Practitioner, Meditator, and TeacherI am Mark Dawes, a lifelong student of the mind and the cosmos. For many years, I have immersed myself in the study of quantum physics, mindful meditation practices, and the wisdom of ancient teachings from Buddhism, the Upanishads, and the Bible. These diverse yet interconnected disciplines have led me to develop what I call Quantum Thinking—a holistic approach to understanding the profound interplay between our thoughts, the nature of reality, and our place in the universe.After successfully running a business for decades, I have recently transitioned into a new chapter of life, dedicating myself fully to spiritual growth, deepening my meditation practice, and exploring the boundless power of the mind. I am deeply fascinated by how our thoughts and perspectives shape our reality and how understanding concepts like emptiness, impermanence, and the interconnectedness of all things can transform our lives.In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, we face unprecedented levels of stress, anxiety, and disconnection. Despite our advancements, rates of depression and suicide have reached alarming highs. My work is dedicated to helping people rediscover inner peace, purpose, and joy. Inspired by Buddhist philosophy and practice, I strive to alleviate suffering by teaching practical tools for mindful living, fostering growth, and helping others unlock the true potential of their minds.Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or personal transformation, my aim is to guide you toward a more fulfilling and harmonious life.
