Anne has been practising Yoga for over 15 years and has over 1000 hours of Intnesive Yoga Teacher Training from India in Hatha Yoga, the Ashtanga Yoga Method and Kundalini Yoga  as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Her teaching is heavily guided by the Vedic Scriptures and she gently encourages you to explore your spirituality and your true nature via these wonderful ancient yogic practices and the wisedom of the Sages of India.
