Nicole D’Alessandro is an insightful, solution-focused Counsellor, Reiki Master Practitioner and Wellbeing Specialist with extensive professional experience supporting children, adolescents, adults and families across a broad range of issues. Nicole has a Bachelor Degree in Counselling and is registered with the Australian Counselling Association.Nicole is passionate about providing support that empowers her clients to engage in an active, life-long and everlasting process of becoming aware of choices, making decisions, and taking responsibility towards achieving a balanced and fulfilling life. Through this process Nicole helps her clients overcome unhelpful and destructive patterns so that they develop a genuine understanding of their circumstances and choices in moving forward.Nicole’s caring, person-centered approach allows her to always consider the unique and individual needs of her clients whereby she creates a safe environment for them to explore their present life challenges or difficulties.
