I am Maria Cooper-Gomes, Energy Healing Expert, Reiki Master, Access Bars Facilitator and Holistic Therapist. Healing Empowerment and Freedom is the ethos of my practice, it’s very close to my heart and was born from my own self-exploration healing journey.It is through my own healing journey that I know change is fully possible. You will understand how much so when youread my story.I started my healing journey over 25 years ago when I learned Reiki 1, which changed my life & opened the door for me to explore the power and magic of energy healing. I have also studied counselling and have 15 years of experience of working in the social care sector, which gives me excellent insight and skills when facilitating change.My journey teamed with the combination of work experience, skills and training gives me the perfect balance of knowledge, wisdom, compassion, empathy, understanding and insight into transformational work. Therefore, I am equipped to guide, support and navigate others through their own journey of Healing, Empowerment and Freedom.
