I am an Accredited Transformative Coach, Facilitator, and Mentor as well as massage therapist and Reiki Master. My work has evolved over the last 20 years in the Well-being industry working internationally with a variety of individuals, groups and organisations in both the education and corporate sector.I am passionate about working with people who are looking for a change in who they are or how they work and are keen to challenge themselves to grow by building resilience and wellbeing whilst being supported with love, encouragement and compassion.My knowledge of human development and ways of being is also informed by my own personal development and the challenges I have had to face. As a result, I am passionate about helping others to find their own resilience and wellbeing through self-compassion, somatic practice, and self-awareness.I love running retreats at our beautiful camping site deep in the Dorset hills with my husband, Simon, who is a soundtherapist, green woodworker, and all round amazing man with a heart of gold. We love meeting new people and supporting them to have the best experience on their retreat from the world.
