Jamie is an ethereal vocalist, who weaves her voice into all of the crystal bowl sound journeys she offers. She has an intuitive and meditative approach, that combines her many years of music study/practice and yogic trainings to create unique and compassionate offerings. Vibrational sound has the power to transform our sleep - when the body and mind can truly rest and let go of tension, we awaken our most creative and empowering selves. She believes in the power of shifting one's internal world, by creating new neural pathways through self inquiry, community healing and making time for rest.
