Each month, we partner with local studios and fitness leaders to host dynamic, high-energy classes—from boxing to Pilates to SUP—followed by curated social experiences that spark connection beyond the workout.Our mission is to create a space where wellness meets community, where attendees can break a sweat, meet like-minded people, and leave feeling energized—physically and socially.
