• First 4 hours: RM5.00
• Subsequent hours: RM2.00 / hour
• Daily maximum rate: RM12.00 / day
• Lost ticket: RM50.00
• There is a 15-minute grace period after entry
• Payment can be made at the Autopay Machines available near elevators at each respective parking locations or via Touch&Go at the entry and exit parking gate. A minimum balance of  RM15.00 is required to use the Touch&Go payment option

For the train commuters, the building is a 1-minute stroll from the Bank Negara KTM Station and a 5-minute walk from the Bandaraya LRT station.
