Hi! I’m a passionate yoga teacher with over 12 years of personal practice and 7 years of teaching experience. I’ve completed 200 & 300-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, as well as a 300-hour Yoga Therapy Teacher Training. For two years, I studied Yoga Therapy in India at the Paramanand Institute of Yoga Science and Research , deepening my understanding of both the ancient wisdom and modern applications of yoga and ayurveda.I’ve also completed Sound Healing courses in both the UK and Nepal, expanding my knowledge of how sound can support healing, balance, and deep relaxation.I continue to study regularly in India and Nepal—places where both yoga and sound healing have deep roots—because I believe that learning as close to the source as possible allows me to share these practices in the most authentic and respectful way.Yoga is not just my profession—it’s a fundamental part of my everyday life. It helps me find balance, clarity, and strength, both on and off the mat. Sharing yoga with others brings me deep joy, and my goal is always to create a safe, supportive space where everyone can connect with themselves and their bodies.Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, I’m here to guide you with care, knowledge, and a lot of heart.
