Not Your Grandfather's Rotary ClubWelcome to the Short North Rotary!Founded in 2003, we are a group of fun, friendly, dedicated Rotarians with a heart for service and a passion for community.Our club meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday morning to glean new insights from awesome speakers. We've hosted non-profit groups, small business leaders, government representatives, and more! Check out our Facebook page for videos of past talks.We have fun doing service projects both locally and abroad. Our club has traveled to both Kenya and Honduras! We also host regular happy hours, fundraisers, and other social events.Every March our club presents our signature fundraiser, Music in the Round. The event employs a unique concert format that originated in Nashville’s Bluebird Cafe and grew organically from the traditional jam session. The only rule: the artists must play songs they’ve written themselves, on the instruments on which they were written.
