The Journal of the Royal Society of Western Australia is the foundation of the society, featuring peer-reviewed research and reviews focused on local science, including anthropology and archaeology. The society also arranges a series of talks, symposia, and excursions throughout the year, offering opportunities for students to present their work and win prizes. The RSWA has a library at the Western Australia Museum available for public research.
