With a background in various healing modalities, she incorporates high-vibrational soundtracks and instruments such as drums, rattles, singing bowls, and koshi chimes into her sessions, fostering collaborative healing experiences. Based in Austin, Texas, Sara works with clients both locally and globally through virtual sessions.Trained under the lineage of Leonard Orr and Clarity Breathwork, Sara brings over 500 hours of dedicated practice and breathwork training to her sessions. Her journey includes intensive studies with Leonard Orr and immersive Clarity Breathwork training in Costa Rica, Northern California, Bali, and virtual platforms. Committed to continuous learning, she participates in workshops, retreats, and ongoing mentorship to enhance her skills.Beyond her corporate role in marketing, Sara passionately integrates Feng Shui principles to optimize external environments and utilizes Breathwork, Sound Healing and Yoga to facilitate inner healing and transformation. She completed her studies at the Western School of Feng Shui™, holds a 200-hour yoga teacher certification with Atlanta Hot Yoga, Medical Intuition Training with Mona Lisa Schulz and Sound Therapy training, and pursues continuing education in the yoga realms focusing on trauma and restorative practices.Currently based in Austin, Sara facilitates sessions globally, including virtual consultations and in-person sessions across Portland, Oregon; Atlanta, Georgia; and Northern Illinois since 2015.
