I do hope you’ll join us on one of these dance floors. There is spontaneity, it can be transformational. Dance is a way into presence and freedom. An embodied way of being in the world is also a connected way of being in a world with others. These are inclusive dances, we celebrate diversity and build community. I started studying moving meditation in 1998 and through Shamanic trance-dance and Gestalt therapy I found my way to 5 Rhythms. In 2008 I completed the 5 Rhythms Teacher Training with Gabrielle Roth. In 2012 I became a Founding Member of Open Floor International, I’ve been closely involved with this organisation ever since.To hear the range of music I play in classes,check my Mixcloud page
