Garçoa Chocolate ist eine frauengeführte Bean-to-Bar Schokoladenmanufaktur. Ihr Ziel ist es, den einzigartigen Geschmack jedes Kakaos in die fertigen Schokolade zu bringen. Deshalb übernimmt das Team mit viel Passion und Handarbeit die gesamte Verarbeitung von der Bohne bis zur Tafel selbst. Und auch ganz zu Beginn ist Garçoa Chocolate involviert – sie beziehen die Bohnen direkt von ihren Kakao-Partner:innen, was eine faire Bezahlung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse ermöglicht. Für die puristischen Garçoa Single Origin Schokoladen braucht es nur zwei Zutaten: Bio-Kakao und Bio-Rohrohrzucker. Nix drin, was nicht muss: purer Schoggigenuss!Garçoa Chocoalte is a bean-to-bar chocolate factory led by women aiming at expressing the unique taste of each cocoa in the finished chocolate bar. Thus, it's with a lot of passion and manual labour that the team itself does the whole crafting from bean to bar. And that's not all: Garçoa Chocolate's involvement starts at the very beginning, as they purchase the beans directly from their cocoa partners to allow for fair remuneration and the development of the processes. Just two ingredients are needed for the puristic Garçoa single origin chocolate bars: Organic cocoa and organic raw cane sugar. There's nothing inside, that does not have to: for pure chocolate indulgence.
