I am deeply passionate about the healing and transformational power of sound and movement for our bodies. My journey began with an interest in the science of cymatics—the study of visible sound vibrations and their ability to create beautiful geometric patterns and shapes in physical matter. This field reveals the profound relationship between sound, vibration, and physical form.This fascination led me to deepen my knowledge of how Solfeggio frequencies impact our body, which can affect the body by promoting relaxation, reducing stress, balancing energy centers, and potentially aid physical healing, by resonating with the our natural frequencies. I use Solfeggio-tuned crystal bowls and tuned pipes, along with various other instruments that can have a positive impact on our well being.After spending many years in a demanding, high-stress career and welcoming my third child, I came to the realisation that I no longer wanted to sustain that lifestyle. Yoga supported me through challenging times, providing essential self care that transformed not only my physical health but also my emotional and spiritual well being. I returned to study art, rediscovering my long unused creativity, and trained as a tattoo artist. Throughout all this, yoga, which brought me balance, peace, and strength, inspired me to share its benefits with my community and pursue yoga teacher training.I am a fully qualified yoga teacher in the styles of Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative yoga.
