I am Mana. I dedicate myself to the expansion of consciousness by rescuing, learning, and sharing the ancient wisdom of nature.I serve as a healing facilitator, guiding others through the natural paths and sacred medicines of the Earth.Since 2016, I have been studying and practicing Native Brazilian and African traditions, which are deeply rooted in Brazil. As I walked my own path, I discovered that my family lineage also held healing practices within these same traditions—not too far back in time.From this journey, Cisnear was born: a sacred space for our continuous healing. It is a place where I serve as a channel, supporting you on your healing journey while also deepening my own learning and growth. Each session, ceremony, and practice offers an opportunity for shared healing and transformation. I devote myself to spirituality and the Universe, with dedication to my studies, practices, and embodiment of these ancestral wisdoms.Cisnear means "to become a swan." The swan was the first archetype shown to me during a shamanic journey in a sacred forest medicine ceremony. It symbolizes transformation, grace, intuition, purity, and divine love. The swan represents the soul’s journey from inner growth to spiritual evolution, embodying the harmony between the unconscious (water) and higher consciousness (air). In mythology, the swan is linked to wisdom, fidelity, and mystical guidance, appearing in Greek, Celtic, and Hindu traditions. Alchemically, it reflects the whitening phase (albedo) of purification, inviting us to remain composed through challenges and to connect with deep emotional truths.My practices are deeply aligned with ancient traditions and Mother Nature herself. Nature is both simple and profoundly powerful. She has been here long before us—before our mothers, grandmothers, great-grandmothers, and generations beyond. The plants witnessed our ancestors' choices, learnings, and teachings. They grow from the same soil that holds our ancestors' bodies, and thus, carry their wisdom. This wisdom is expressed in every root, trunk, bark, branch, leaf, and flower. Nature continues to nurture us, offering us purified air, medicines, and food. Everything we need can be found through her—our Mother Nature. The old traditions honor this wisdom, and shamanism is a practice that preserves and shares it through diverse cultures and perspectives.In today's industrialized world, we have lost much of this sacred connection. My purpose is to be a drop in the ocean, choosing to reconnect with this ancient wisdom. I honor those who came before us and those who still devote their lives to preserving the teachings of Mother Nature.My calling is to serve as a bridge—between the physical world and the spiritual realm, between universal consciousness and those navigating the modern world in search of healing, wisdom, and a sense of fulfillment. True contentment can only be found by turning awareness within, as the answer is always within. I am here only as a facilitator, assisting you on this inner journey.
