I am a Sound Healing therapist, Yoga Nidra facilitator, and Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist®. Originally a drummer hailing from New York City, with roots in Brittany (France), I now live in the beautiful countryside of Ireland.After years of performing and recording as an artist, it became evident to me that my exploration of music, drums, and sounds would naturally and effortlessly combine with my practice of Mediation and Yoga, for both deep relaxation and physical health purposes as well as for spiritual development. Sound baths and other vibrational sounds can be more than a mere means to relaxation, they can take you on a journey of healing and well-being.* * *I studied Integral Sound Healing with the Sound Healing Academy, Integrative Restoration meditation with Richard C. Miller, suffering and grief healing with the Grief Recovery Institute, drums with Joe Cusatis (Chet Baker, Marian McPartland), Elvin Jones (John Coltrane), Joe Morello (Dave Brubeck), and Barry Altschul (Chick Corea), percussions with worldwide musicians, and music theory and vocals with soprano Patrizia Cioffi (Italian International Orchestra, Bratislava Chamber Choir, Pavel Prochazka).
