Rhythm of Movement was born from my love of mindful, joyful movement and a desire to help people reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel supportive, sustainable, and real. My classes blend yoga, mobility, pilates, strength, and mindfulness practices, with a focus on meeting yourself just as you are.
