Vanessa’s passion for meditation and healing began at a young age, deeply influenced by her grandmother, who has been the guiding force behind her career and life path. A certified Yoga & Meditation teacher, Mystic, Reiki healer, and breathwork practitioner, Vanessa is dedicated to fostering cultures of health in the workplace. She is trained in and teaches a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga, with an emphasis on making yoga accessible to all levels.Vanessa’s approach centers around the integration of Prana (breath) and mindfulness, not only in her own practice but also for her students. She thrives in creating stress-free environments where individuals can learn how to reduce and manage the daily pressures of life. For Vanessa, yoga and meditation are meant to be inclusive and adaptable—success in practice isn’t about being flexible or having a perfect pose, but about cultivating presence and balance.
