As the oldest of four siblings and part of a large, loud, and loving extended family, I learned early how to lead with heart, hold space for others, and find beauty in the chaos. I pursued my BA while raising my child as a single mom—an experience that taught me resilience, resourcefulness, and the importance of showing up even when things aren’t perfect. After years working in project management, construction, and accounting, I’ve taken all that structure and strategy and channeled it into a soulful style coaching business that helps women reconnect with their confidence, creativity, and joy. Color is one of the most transformative tools I use—it’s not just aesthetic, it’s emotional. The right shades can reignite your spirit, shift your energy, and remind you who you really are. As a mom and multi-faceted woman myself, I know how easy it is to lose sight of that. My work is all about helping you reclaim your radiance—one outfit, one breakthrough, one bold color at a time.About EllenI’m a first-gen Cambodian-Chinese American, San Francisco native, and lifelong champion of bold conversations and big transformations. I grew up walking the tightrope between traditional values like obedience and respect for elders, and the American push to speak up and stand out. That mix made self-advocacy a struggle early on… but also sparked my passion for helping others find their voice. With a Master’s in I/O Psychology and 20+ years across corporate, nonprofit, higher ed, and government spaces, I now lead global learning and culture change as the Director of Learning Transformation and Master Facilitator at Fierce Conversations. I’m also a certified coach (ICF ACC, DiSC, Gallup Strengths, and Wayfinder Life Coach) who’s obsessed with helping high-achieving women get unstuck, speak up, and go after what they really want—with confidence and clarity. I believe we all have an internal radiance within us that needs to be unleashed so we can claim our highest potential. We do that through conversations - learning new concepts and changing our own narratives about what we can and can't do—so let’s have the ones that matter most.
