As an independent yoga instructor, my goal is to bring people together to share the extremely magical power of yoga. I teach regularly at various yoga studios and gyms, but I absolutely love to partner with local businesses! This page puts all of my events together for ease of signup for anyone interested. All of these events will tie in yoga and its healing powers, and most events will be targets towards beginners, so all levels are welcome. There is never any judgement. Just bring your mat and enjoy the good vibes!I have been practicing yoga since 2018, and I quickly started teaching by 2019. I have taught ashtanga, vinyasa, and gentle flows in both heated and non-heated environments. Currently, I am working on my RYT-200 certification, and this past summer I had the privilege of traveling to Italy for a yoga retreat.
