Blythe MacDonald first discovered breathwork in 2010 and after personally experiencing its profound effects, she was called to gain certification and share this powerful practice with others. She has been facilitating breathwork ceremonies since 2014, on the Gulf Islands of British Columbia, as well as throughout Southern Ontario. She has also been a guest speaker at spiritual events on the topic. Over the past decade, she has developed her own, unique style called "Holistic Breathwork" - with roots in Transformational Breathwork - which fuses together her assortment of skills and trainings: Reiki, Quantum Touch, EFT, Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Meditation, and Kundalini Yoga
