Hello I'm Chloe, A.K.A Manc Yogi.I started practising yoga at the age of 16, a time in which I was experiencing a lot of change and uncertainty. From this young age and still to this day, I have found that yoga is not only a means of exercise, but also a medium which enables me to de-stress, reconnect with myself and find a deep connection to the world that surrounds me. Since then I have lived in different cities, had different jobs, travelled to different countries, yet yoga continues to occupy a constant space in my life.In 2018 I decided to complete my yoga teacher training in India, due to its immensely positive impact on my life and overall well-being, and with a desire to share this gift with others. Since returning to my home town, Manchester, I’ve set-up my own classes, started a vegan home bakery and expanded my Yoga knowledge to now offer Indian Head Massage, along with Children’s and Baby Yoga classes. I love being able to share these ancient techniques and disciplines with different ages, different generations and people from all different walks of life, and most rewardingly, see how they can help us all feel more calm, content and connected.Hope to connect with you soon,Love,Chloex
