Born and raised in Dallas, TX, and now residing in Las Vegas, NV with my husband and our four amazing daughters, I bring over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry. Throughout my journey, I've worked in traditional, corporate, and private gyms, leading both group classes and one-on-one personal training sessions. I specialize in strength training, endurance training and cardio kickboxing-helping individuals push past limits and discover the power within. Today, I proudly run my own mobile fitness business, traveling across communities to make health and wellness more accessible to those who need it most.
