Daniella is owner and lead instructor at Santosa Yoga and Health, her mobile business in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She incorporates yoga philosophy into her classes, workshops, breathwork sessions, and retreats with the aim of empowering and supporting students to meet life’s challenges with as much ease as possible. Daniella enjoys working with students of all levels, and believes that everyone can benefit from yoga, meditation, and breathing practices, regardless of flexibility and/or experience.
