Making Miami more mindful.April May Gardner is a well-known Miami based yoga instructor teaching for over 8 years. Her variety of yoga styles includes Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Myofascial Release Yoga, Restorative Yin, Meditation and Sculpt classes to students of all levels.April has taught Sunrise Yoga on 1st Street in South Beach every Friday since May 2022. She also teaches a variety of events in and around Miami as well as at one of the top yoga studios in Miami - Sol Yoga. April was also recently featured as the Visiting Wellness Master at Four Seasons Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica, and taught the opening yoga classes their Wellness Shala in December of 2023.Her student-base in Miami consists of around 2,200+ students. April has fitness sponsors including the leading yoga mat brand, Manduka- one of their founding ambassadors.
