The Connecticut Council on Adoption, formed in 1976, is a voluntary not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to permanence for children and ethical, effective adoption practices in the State of CT. CCA provides information, training programs and legislative advocacy on a variety of adoption issues. Membership is open to any individual or agency/organization having a purpose consistent with the CCA mission. A member is entitled to one vote on matters before CCA and may be eligible to attend CCA sponsored trainings at a reduced fee.
