My aim is to help you to live a satisfying and fulfilling life, walking beside you through your challenges and supporting you to reach new levels of self-awareness, growth and potential. I am a coach and facilitator. I offer shamanic coaching, systemic coaching, and Relationship courses and retreats in conjunction with the UK Hoffman Institute.I started my journey to identify and release the blocks to my happiness and well-being in my twenties.
