After having spent many years studying and practicing dance, choreography, performance as well as martial arts, meditation, qi gong and somatic work, I adopted yoga as a practice during the lockdowns. I learnt a very meditative yoga (integral) for my teacher training, very specific about awareness placement, in my class i mix it with more dynamic approaches (vinyassa). I'weaving these different influences together with the many transferable skills that i developed from my previous background. The personal touch i bring in my teaching is a sense of openness, non dogmatism, and playfulness. I deeply believe in the benefits that this practice can offer to people and i’m always happy to bring others with me on a yoga journey.
