Jess is a certified trauma-trained Breathwork facilitator with nearly 7 years of experience in community mental health and Integrative Equine Therapy. With a background in mental health, Jess has spent years working with horses to help people heal from trauma and stress-related illness. She is passionate about supporting others to step into their power and live more aligned, joyful lives through holistic practices like Breathwork and embodied movement. Jess integrates Internal Family Systems into her breathwork journeys, offering a powerful and transformative approach to healing that dives deep into the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Whether through group sessions or personalized 1:1 experiences, Jess creates safe, grounded spaces for clients to release old patterns, connect to their authentic selves, and find peace and clarity.A true animal lover, Jess believes in the power of nature and animals in the healing process and uses her love for horses to further enhance the transformation of those she works with.
