Chiara “Key” Noble is a visionary, a woman of many talents who wears many hats. She is a servant leader, ordained Reverend, wife, mother, daughter, sister, mental health advocate and friend. Chiara currently works as a Program Manager who assists veterans who are homeless or at risk for homelessness obtain or maintain housing. She also works as a PRP counselor (Psychiatric Rehabilitation) She is a published author and former co-host of Victory Talk, a virtual talk show centered around helping people to grow, speak and live a victorious life. She is a certified mental health advocate, and certified life coach through Green Heart University. She is currently on the path to becoming a certified youth mental health coach. Her career, her personal life and her ministry are centered around helping the world become a better place. She believes that kindness is infectious, and it’s quite easy for us to all do our part.She and her family joined Victorious Living Faith Ministries in June of 2018. Shortly thereafter, she accepted her call to ministry and preached her initial sermon in September of 2018. She has been serving diligently ever since. She was ordained Reverend in October of 2022. She currently serves as the Pastor’s assistant and founded the Tranquil Transformation Mental Health Ministry in May 2024.Chiara was born and raised in Baltimore, so she recognizes and understands the needs of the people in the community. Her desire is to help people to heal from the inside out. Her personal experiences with both anxiety and depression have steered her on a path to advocating for those who suffer with mental illness. She has faced many personal trials and tribulations over the course of the years but lives by the saying “storms make trees take deeper roots.” Those people, places and things have helped to mold and shape her into the woman that she is today, and she wouldn’t trade that for anything.In her spare time, Chiara likes to draw, paint, write and sing.
