WHO IS CARESS/SHEABUTTER YOGA?A Yogi, who loves a good cupcake, and a better drink. I’m a military brat from Central Texas, and I have taught in Austin, San Antonio , as well as Houston. I am certified in Hatha/Yin but have taught restorative, vinyasa and hatha flow, my previous students ranged in the ages of 14-79. One thing about me is if I’m not doing yoga, I’m definitely on the go
