Based in South Auckland, we offer free, culturally responsive mental health services including counselling, peer support, groups, and practical care.Our mission is simple: to ensure no mother feels alone or unseen. We run empowering events and fundraisers that connect whānau, celebrate women, and raise vital funds to keep our services going — because when mothers thrive, communities do too.
