Welcome to Valley Runners — Central running communityValley Runners started in 2019 with a simple idea: make running fun and social. Every Thursday at 6:30 PM, we meet for a 3–4 mile group run, rotating between Fate Brewing Company in Phoenix and The Joy Lush Club. All paces are welcome—whether you're running, jogging, or walking, you'll have company. No signup, no fee. Just show up.After the run, we stay to eat, drink, and catch up. Some people come just to hang out, and that's fine, too. We also plan occasional events beyond our weekly runs.What to expectWe keep things casual. Most routes are 3 to 4 miles, and people settle into whatever pace feels right—some run the whole way, others mix in walking. You won't get left behind and won't need to worry about keeping up.More than milesValley Runners is as much about connection as it is about running. Some of our strongest friendships started over post-run conversations.
