Hi everyone! My name is Sabrina Vixama, a self-taught chef who has a passion for cooking Caribbean plant-based vegan meals. I've been vegan since 2017 and started my own catering business in 2019. I was raised by my mother and grandmother, so cooking is not foreign to me! I developed a love for bringing awareness to the nutritional benefits of plant-based vegan eating to my community. I want everyone to know that feeding your body what is right doesn't have to come at the cost of sacrificing flavor. Food should make you feel good all while tasting good! I currently host fun and interactive adult and kids vegan cooking classes. As well as online cooking classes! My mission is to get everyone vegan or not to be open to incorporating healthier dishes into their diet!
