Founder Morgan Perry created Vino Vinyasa Yoga as a way to combine everything she loves and has been happy to find that her team is just as passionate about yoga & wine as she is! Their classes bring together vinyasa-basedyogaand fun wine facts through creativeyogaposes. Each class ends with a meditative wine tasting, inviting you to mindfully taste what's in your glass while applying what you learned through the poses.
