For her, it is a good reminder that yoga is about peeling away the emotional, energetical, mental and physical layers. It is about aligning with one’s true Self, rather than forcing the body into picture-perfect poses.As a certified yoga teacher, her intention is to guide you in turning your focus inward, so that you can feel grounded, heart-centered, and reconnected to your inner wisdom. She is dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga with all who are interested in exploring this transformative practice on- and off the mat. She strives to hold a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone, regardless of their yoga experience or physical ability.
