I am a trained Somatic Life Coach. What does this mean? I hear you ask.In short, somatic coaching helps you become more aware of how your body communicates, giving you powerful insights and intuition. Learning to listen to your body helps you to feel more grounded and confident, make better decisions, heal past traumas and transform in a way that traditional talking-based therapies struggle to achieve.The aim of these workshops are to provide you with how to start to create this awareness and you get to practice, ask questions and share insights with a group of people who have a shared interest and curiosity.
