Contemplative Caregiver was founded by Andrew Koch, LPC, in 2017 and supports caregivers, those processing grief, and people seeking connection through creative, nature-based, and mindfulness-centered events. Our mission is to offer safe, transformative spaces where participants can explore their emotions, find healing, and build community.Events We HostOur workshops, retreats, and support groups focus on creative expression, nature connection, and mindfulness as pathways to mental and emotional wellness. Signature events like Brush With Grief help participants express and process their grief through art, reflection, and storytelling, while our caregiver support groups provide resources and peer connection.At Contemplative Caregiver, we believe in the power of community, creativity, and nature to foster resilience and growth. We’re here to honor every journey and offer tools for healing and support.
