Meredith's personal experiences with loss and healing have shaped her compassionate approach, enabling her to assist clients facing challenges such as pain, anxiety, and grief.In addition to Reiki energy healing and spiritual transformational life coaching, Let The Light In now welcomes Heidi Mazzeo, a professional chef and artist, to lead hands-on workshops that teach people how to cook healthy, delicious meals and how to stock their pantry with wholesome, essential ingredients. Heidi’s expertise in both the culinary and creative arts brings a unique, engaging approach to food education, helping individuals build confidence in the kitchen while nourishing their bodies.The center also offers immersive wellness experiences, workshops, and day retreats in Osterville, featuring activities such as yoga, meditation, skincare, crystal healing, Reiki classes, and group coaching.
