We seek to provide a quiet space for young working adults (20-40 years) to meditate and practise the Dhamma. We offer 5 regular activities to the community: Weekly Guided Meditation (Zoom and in-person), Monthly Dhamma Discussions, DAYWA Cares, Mindful Walk and DOPE - Day Of Practice.
