Hello, I am Dnyandeep (short Deep),I am Indian by origin, I am living in Germany for more than 12 years. Software Engineer by profession but Holistic health is my passion. I have learnt Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, Breathing techniques, Meditation, Ayurveda, and its authentic traditional wisdom from the Indian teachers who have been studying Indian ancient texts about Yoga and related philosophy for all their lives.This wisdom has helped me to bring the harmony in my physical, mental and emotional well being and this is what encouraged me to bring it forward to other people.
