Hi, I'm Adrianne . My love of yin yoga blossomed throughout my pregnancy as I found it both challenging and restorative. After practicing yoga for several years in 2020 I took a 250-hour Vinyasa Teacher Trainer Certificate with Aura Wellness Center then in January 2024 I graduated from the Yoga Renew Yin Yoga Teacher Certification. The more I learn about Yoga, the deeper I fall in love. Now, I'm here to share with you this modern-style of yoga practice that retains deep philosophical roots from both Indian Yogic philosophy and Taoism.
